CORRECT ANSWER: ANOTHER DRIVER
Only 18% of you predicted that someone other than Lewis Hamilton, Valtteri Bottas or Sebastian Vettel would take pole at the Mexican Grand Prix. Red Bull looked to be the team to beat throughout practice as Max Verstappen set the fastest times. In the end, Daniel Ricciardo beat his team-mate to pole by just 0.026 seconds.

YOUR PREDICTION: FORCE INDIA
CORRECT ANSWER: RENAULT
Renault were the only one of these three teams to score any points at the 2018 Mexico Grand Prix! Nico Hulkenberg scored the team’s only points with a sixth place finish. Esteban Ocon was Force India’s only finisher, finishing outside the points in eleventh. Meanwhile, Haas struggled all weekend and came home last of the cars still running at the end of the race.

YOUR PREDICTION: MAX VERSTAPPEN
CORRECT ANSWER: DANIEL RICCIARDO
74% of you thought Max Verstappen would beat his team-mate in Qualifying this weekend. As it happened, Verstappen was beaten by a team-mate at the track for the first time his career, as Daniel Ricciardo beat him to pole. It was also the first time Ricciardo has out-qualified a team-mate at the track.

All Lewis Hamilton needed to was finish seventh to win the title. He finished fourth, which was more than enough to ensure he’d leave Mexico as only the third driver to have won the World Championship five times in Formula 1’s history.
