Lewis Hamilton returned to action at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix having tested positive for coronavirus two weeks ago. While 80% of you expected him to record a win, Hamilton failed to qualify on the front row for only the second time in 2020. He finished where he started, in third place. It was his fourteenth podium finish of the year.

Sebastian Vettel’s final season with Ferrari has not been easy – and neither was his 2020 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend. He finished his last Ferrari race in fourteenth place. Aside from his two retirements, that’s his worst result of the year.

After reaching Q3 when driving for Mercedes at last week’s Sakhir Grand Prix, George Russell returned to Williams for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He was eliminated in Q1, marking only the second time this year that both Williams drivers have been eliminated in Q1 at two consecutive races.

Of this quartet, 60% of you backed Sakhir Grand Prix race winner Sergio Perez to finish in the best position. Perez was the only retirement from the race. It was Carlos Sainz who finished in the best place, with sixth. Daniel Ricciardo finished seventh, and set the fastest lap, while Sebastian Vettel was only fourteenth.
