1. WILL THE FASTEST QUALIFIER WIN THE SPRINT?

YOUR PREDICTION: YES

CORRECT ANSWER: NO

Lewis Hamilton set the fastest time in Friday qualifying at the Brazilian Grand Prix. However, he was later disqualified from the session for a DRS infringement. Max Verstappen inherited the pole grid slot for Sprint Qualifying, but he failed to convert that into pole position. Valtteri Bottas – who was third fastest on Friday – took pole position.

2. HOW MANY DRIVERS WILL RETIRE FROM THE SPRINT RACE?

YOUR PREDICTION: 1 OR 2

CORRECT ANSWER: 0

The Brazilian Grand Prix weekend was the third and final time that the Sprint Qualifying format was used in 2021. And for the first time, all 20 drivers crossed the finish line in the sprint event. While there was plenty of action, no drivers retired.

3. WHO WILL SCORE MORE POINTS – FERRARI OR McLAREN?

YOUR PREDICTION: FERRARI

CORRECT ANSWER: FERRARI

While both Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz finished in the top six, picking up 18 points, McLaren scored just a single point in Brazil. Lando Norris finished tenth, while Daniel Ricciardo retired from the race.

4. WILL PEREZ FINISH ON THE PODIUM?

YOUR PREDICTION: YES

CORRECT ANSWER: NO

Sergio Perez was on a streak of three consecutive podium finishes ahead of the Brazilian Grand Prix. He failed to finish on the podium at Interlagos, coming home in fourth place.

5. WHICH TEAM WILL SET THE FASTEST LAP OF THE RACE?

YOUR PREDICTION: RED BULL

CORRECT ANSWER: RED BULL

Lewis Hamilton held the extra point for the fastest lap of the race until the final lap. Red Bull pitted Sergio Perez in an attempt to take the additional point away from their title rival. Their plan worked, with Perez securing the fastest lap on his final tour of the circuit.
